About Us
Everest Stone Distributing is a custom stone fabrication and installation company serving the Bay Area. We handle everything from slab selection through fabrication, engineering, and field installation for residential and commercial clients.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our team across estimating, production, logistics, and field installation. This is a hands-on operational leadership role reporting directly to ownership.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations across estimating, fabrication, production scheduling, and installation crews
- Manage payroll, vendor and client relationships
- Ensure OSHA/Cal-OSHA compliance, including silica dust safety protocols
- Serve as primary point of contact for client communications, scope resolution, and warranty issues
- Manage fleet and equipment (registration, maintenance, compliance)
- Support financial oversight including budgeting and cost estimating
- Partner with ownership on strategic decisions (facility, staffing, growth)
What You Bring
- 5+ years in construction, stone/countertop fabrication, or building materials operations management
- Proven team leadership experience (10+ direct/indirect reports)
- Working knowledge of OSHA compliance standards
- Strong vendor and client relationship management skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required with equivalent experience

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
