We are offering a unique opportunity for a full-time licensed medical provider (MD, DO, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant) to operate their own independent practice within our established medical clinic.
This is NOT an employment position.
This is a professional office space rental opportunity for a provider who wants to maintain full autonomy while practicing in a fully functioning clinical environment.
About the Opportunity
This arrangement is ideal for a motivated provider seeking:

The provider will function independently and manage their own practice within our clinic.

Provider Responsibilities
- Maintain active and unrestricted medical license
- Carry individual malpractice insurance
- Manage all insurance credentialing, billing, collections, and revenue cycle
- Supply own medical equipment and supplies as needed
- Maintain independent patient records (EMR details to be discussed)
- Comply with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
Important Clarification
This opportunity is strictly a space rental agreement. The provider will:
- Not be an employee
- Not receive salary or benefits
- Not receive insurance reimbursement through our practice
- Operate as an independent practitioner
