<Duties>
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift management, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Supervise and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to uphold service excellence.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and consistency across all menu items while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Control inventory levels through meticulous stock monitoring and ordering to minimize waste and optimize food costs.
- Lead staff hiring processes including interviewing candidates to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Manage customer service interactions to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen management to streamline food production, catering orders, banquet services, and special events like parties or corporate functions.
- Support budgeting efforts by tracking expenses and revenue to meet financial targets.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and food safety protocols across all restaurant operations.
<Experience>
- Proven management experience within the food industry, ideally in quick service or fast food restaurants with casual or fine dining environments.
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on staff training & development, team leadership, and performance management.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and inventory control.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations applicable to hospitality settings.
- Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing inventory control measures effectively.
- Prior experience in hospitality management roles including restaurant or hotel settings is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and foster a collaborative team environment.
