An ideal candidate will wear many hats, including but not limited to: PROPERTY MANAGER, BOOKKEEPER, & LEASING SPECIALIST to handle the day to day operation of maintaining a commercial and residential property portfolio.
- Billing & Invoicing
- Showing vacant units
- Maintaining vendor records
- Creating punch lists and following through with maintenance to make sure everything is complete
- Marketing - staying on top of social media, apartment listings, realtor referrals
- Quickbook entries
- Rent Tracking
- Deposits
- Answering tenant questions and track tenant issues
- Overseeing utilities, taxes, insurance etc for various properties
- Spanish Speaking a plus, as some tenants speak only spanish

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
