Projected earnings in Year 1: $52-67k

$22-$27/hr or equivalent base salary + performance-based bonuses

Daily:
-
Keep the showroom organized, clean, and safe, ensuring displays and sample books are updated and functional.

Greet clients, answer phone calls and emails, and provide information about products and services.

Provide excellent customer service while approaching client conversations with a consultative approach

Convert incoming inquiries into qualified appointments for the sales team.

Manage CRM data entry, ensuring client information and project details are current and accurate.

Process and track service requests, repairs, and parts orders.

Order fabric memos and samples as needed.
-
Confirm next-day installations and assist with scheduling when necessary.

Support project managers with administrative and client-facing tasks.
Weekly:
-
Review showroom maintenance and address display or cleanliness needs.

Prepare for and attend production meetings with the operations team.
Monthly / Quarterly:
-
Manage showroom and office supplies, vendor accounts, and sample book inventory.

Schedule vendor meetings and maintain records of accounts.

Participate in quarterly team meetings and training sessions.

Proficient in Microsoft/Google Office Suite (Word, Excel), Adobe Suite, or CRM software

Minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
-
Detail-oriented with a polished, professional demeanor

Experience in customer service, retail management, or operations (experience in interior design or window treatments a plus)

Ability to stand/walk for long periods of the day

Ability to lift sample books and other products weighing up to 60lbs.
