ACHC accredited and Medicare certified Home Health Care Agency need PTA for providing nursing services to patients at home. There is a flexibility in visits schedule as it is determined between patient and nurse. Responsibilities include routine visits, and follow PT developed plan of care. IPAD may be provided to for electronic submission of notes. Wound care experience is a plus.

- PTA degree with Florida License
- At least one year of experience in Home Care settings
- Pay $45-$65 per visit on W-2
