A. Job DescriptionI LC Resources is seeking a motivated and adaptable Second Shift Operations Floater to support multiple areas of plant operations. This position is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations across the Loadout Department, Dryer Operations, and Pellet Plant. The successful candidate will receive training in all aspects of these areas and will provide operational support where needed to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous plant production.This position is primarily assigned to second shift; however, flexibility is required as occasional coverage on first and third shifts may be necessary. When operational demands are low, the Operations Floater will assist with housekeeping, plant cleanup, and other assigned duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, willing to learn multiple processes, and able to adapt to changing operational needs.B. C. Essential Functions Dryer Operations
- Learn and perform all aspects of Dryer Office operations.
- Monitor production processes and equipment performance.
- Complete required documentation and operational reports.
- Communicate production issues and operational concerns to management and team members.
- Follow all quality control and safety procedures.
Loadout Operations
- Learn and perform all aspects of Loadout operations.
- Coordinate truck loading activities and maintain accurate documentation.
- Verify product quality and loading accuracy.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and plant personnel professionally.
- Maintain efficient product flow and inventory accuracy.
Pellet Plant Operations
- Learn and perform all aspects of Pellet Plant operations.
- Monitor pellet production equipment and processes.
- Assist with troubleshooting operational issues.
- Perform quality checks and maintain production records.
- Support maintenance and operational improvements when needed.
General Plant Operations
- Perform plant housekeeping and cleanup duties when operational support is not required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned by supervision.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with employees across all departments.
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting multiple shifts and operational areas as needed.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Ability to learn and perform multiple operational functions.

- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment.
