Tactical Edge is seeking junior Java & Oracle Developers to develop software for a government client in Huntsville, Alabama (Redstone Arsenal).
- Devises solutions for solving complex customer problems using company or customer furnished computer systems and equipment or commercial off-the-shelf packages.
- Collaborates with technical staff to understand and to develop new solutions or the resolution of software problems.
- Uses expertise to design develop, code, test, and debug software.
- Active DoD security clearance preferred. Otherwise, prerequisites are required (e.g. US Citizenship, ability to pass a background check and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, etc.).
- 2+ years’ experience with JavaScript & HTML5 development; and/or Oracle Enterprise Edition.
- Cold Fusion experience.
- AngularJS experience.
- Web Service standards (SOAP, REST, WSDL, WS-I Basic Profile, WS-* extensions and standards).
- Java Enterprise Edition (Enterprise Java Bean-3, JAX-Web Service, dependency injection, security frameworks, transaction frameworks.
