CPR Cell Phone Repair is seeking an experienced Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience repairing smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones (iPhone, Samsung, Android, etc.)
- Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and other hardware fixes
- Troubleshoot software issues and perform device testing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional repair workspace
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs clearly to customers
- Accurately document repairs and parts used
- Meet repair quality and turnaround time standards
Requirements
- Previous cell phone repair experience required
- Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and components
- Ability to solder (preferred but not required)
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tablets, game consoles, or computers
- CPR Cell Phone Repair experience a plus
- Sales or customer service experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
