Customer & Office Support Coordinator
You’ve got the experience. We’ve got the opportunity.
Tired of being just a number? Ready to level up?
If you’ve spent the last couple of years in customer service and are looking for something more stable, more organized — and honestly, more rewarding — this could be the shift you’ve been waiting for.
We’re a tight-knit, no-drama kind of team looking for someone sharp, dependable, and ready to own a key role in keeping our customers happy and our office running smooth. You don’t need to be an expert in our industry — if you’re great with people, stay on top of details, and want to work somewhere that actually values your work ethic, let’s talk.
What you’ll be doing (a little bit of everything — in a good way):
- Answer emails and phone calls like a pro (we know you’ve done this before)
- Help customers get what they need by building and sending accurate quotes
- Do a little detective work — research and source parts for those quotes
- Keep QuickBooks updated with quotes and orders
- Follow up with customers to keep things moving (no ghosting allowed!)
- Double-check purchase orders — accuracy is kind of a big deal here
- Place orders with vendors and track delivery dates
- Keep files, documents, and digital systems organized (yes, we love neatness)
- Help out with scanning, reports, and general admin work
- Pitch in with whatever comes up — we’ve all got each other’s backs here
You’re probably a great fit if you…
- Have at least 2 years of solid customer service experience
- Are organized, reliable, and low-drama
- Like solving problems and staying on top of details
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Are good with tech and pick things up quickly (QuickBooks or Excel experience is a bonus)
- Want a job where you can actually grow and stick around for a while
What you’ll get:
- A stable, respectful workplace with a small, supportive team
- Real responsibility (your work matters here — no kidding)
- The chance to learn new systems and skills (we’ll train you)
- A clear path to grow your role if you’re ready for more
- A place that actually notices when you go the extra mile
What you’ll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in a customer-facing or office support role
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Solid communication skills — written and verbal
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
We’re not offering just another job — we’re offering a seat at the table.
If you’re ready for a steady, growth-minded role where you can put your experience to good use (and keep learning new things), we’d love to hear from you.
Let’s build something great — together.
