Recreational Vehicle Dealer in the tri-state area that continues to grow and expand our product offerings of Off Road and On Road vehicles. We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Full Time Sales Person. With the launch of new products, there is never dull moment and that's the way we like it! We love what we do and have a lot of fun doing it! We are seeking experienced candidates that are passionate about motorcycles and powersports to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales of ATV, Side by Sides, Motorcycles
- Greet customers, build rapport, and develop customer relationships.
- Respond to incoming leads in a timely manner and utilize multiple forms of communication to correspond with current and perspective customers.
- Participate in provided training and educate yourself on industry product performance and capabilities.
- Ability to accurately communicate and demonstrate product features, benefits, performance, and capabilities to the customer.
- Identify needs of customers and recommend appropriate products to meet their needs.
- Complete and submit accurate paperwork for sales orders, financing, and title processing, in a prompt timely manner.
- Promote a positive environment and sales experience with all customers.
- Demonstrate the dealerships high level of ethical standards in all customer interactions and sales.
- Continuously and consistently promote the dealership, its values, and its products/services.
- Creating ways to drive traffic, daily prospecting, and lead follow-up. Comfortable using multiple means of communicating and contacting prospects/leads to include but not limited to phone calls, email, texting (with internal texting program), social media, etc.
- Drives business by achieving sales goals and developing long term customer relationships
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while making high quality customer service a top priority.
- Use dealership software, customer relationship management systems, and online applications to manage leads, document activity, schedule follow-up, and drive appointments and sales.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and previous customers.
- Assist customers with online forms, credit applications, trade-in information, and appointment requests.
- Take photos and create videos with inventory and assist with online listings and social media content.
- Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with the finance, parts, accessories, and service departments to provide a complete customer experience.
- Participate in dealership promotions, sales events, demo events, and community activities.
- Meet dealership expectations for lead response, customer follow-up, appointments, and sales performance.

- Knowledge of Off-Road and Motorcycle industry a plus
- Motorcycle endorsement a plus
Experience:
Sales – Minimum 1 year
Automobile, Motorcycle, Off Road ATV/UTV, or related experience preferred
Motorcycle endorsement a plus
Working Schedule:
- Tuesday - Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday 10:00am – 4:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Hourly Rate + Commission (Hourly rate based on experience). Commission paid bi-weekly. Total pay is a combination of hourly rate and commission.
