Role & Responsibilities
As an RBT, you will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, working directly with children to help them achieve their goals. Responsibilities include:
- Providing one-on-one ABA therapy
- Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
- Accurately collecting and maintaining documentation
- Collaborating with families, supervisors, and the clinical team
- Participating in training and team meetings

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong commitment to quality patient care
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Availability to be scheduled up to 40 hours a week
- Monday-Saturday 7:00AM - 8:00PM ( required)
