Job Summary
Travelin Toms Coffee Ocala is seeking friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Server / Driver. This role involves operating and driving the Travelin Toms truck to events, serving customers, and delivering a fun, high-energy experience while maintaining excellent customer service and safety standards. Travelin' Tom's Coffee is a full service coffee truck, serving coffee, teas, refreshers, fraps ect.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate the Travelin Tom's truck to and from scheduled events, parties, festivals, and locations
- Set up and break down the Travelin Toms serving area at each event
- Serve Coffee, Fraps, Refreshers and interact positively with customers of all ages
- Provide outstanding customer service and represent the Kona Ice/Travelin Tom's brand professionally
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck, equipment, and serving area
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Assist with restocking supplies and basic truck upkeep
- Communicate effectively with management regarding schedules, locations, and any issues
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely drive a large commercial-style vehicle (no CDL required)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from the truck location
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
