Position: RN Charge Nurse (NICU)
Shift Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30

Pay: $75-$79 per hour
Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of recent Level III/IV NICU and leadership experience also.
- Must have active RN license and BLS, NRP certifications; ACLS and PALS preferred if required by facility
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights as needed
- Experience caring for critically ill and premature neonates, including ventilator management and neonatal resuscitation
- Ability to manage neonatal drips, central lines, CPAP, high-frequency ventilation, and incubator care preferred
- Experience with EMR documentation systems (Cerner, Epic, or similar) preferred
