Auto Glass Technician needed in Parker, Castle Rock, Centennial and Denver metro area.
You must have at least 4+ years experience in the auto glass industry. You are self-motivated and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.
Able to perform in-shop and mobile work independently with the highest of quality, free from leaks, molding problems and damage. You must have a positive attitude and are able to work with others.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Repair and replace auto glass according to specified procedures
- Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of accessories on vehicle
- Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
- Complete invoices
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in the auto glass industry
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields, etc.
- Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and personality
- Chip Repair Experience
- R&I (1/4s and Backglass)
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and attendance!
- Experience with R&I a must (1/4 glass & backglass removal)
- Experience with Porsches, Land Rovers, etc.
- Valid Driver’s License- must be able to pass drug screen and background/MVR check
