If you're not yet certified but are willing to work toward it, including through Michigan's Interim Teaching Certificate (ITC) pathway, we want to hear from you. We know many strong educators come to the classroom through alternative routes, and we don't want that to be a barrier to applying. We also offer mentoring within their first 3 years of teaching and professional development onsite for all staff by dedicating every Friday afternoon to professional development.
