Job Title: Influencer Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in the execution and coordination of influencer campaigns. This role involves day-to-day support in managing influencer partnerships, creating marketing content, and assisting with campaign logistics to drive brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns
- Research and identify potential influencer partners across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit
- Draft outreach emails and manage influencer contact databases
- Coordinate product seeding, shipping, and track campaign timelines
- Assist with content briefs, video script outlines, and caption drafts
- Monitor and organize incoming influencer content and performance metrics
- Help maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, product) to align influencer strategies with broader marketing goals
- Assist with general marketing tasks as needed, including campaign reporting and competitor analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Prior internship or experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management is a plus
- Strong communication skills in both English and Korean (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with influencer platforms and social media tools
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends and influencer culture

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
