Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
- Support residents with medication administration following prescribed protocols to maintain safety and compliance
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, implementing memory care techniques and behavior management strategies
- Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and ensuring proper nutrition tailored to individual needs
- Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas by performing light housekeeping duties to promote a healthy environment
- Document cares accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and communicate effectively with team members about resident needs
- Assist with and engage residents in meaningful activities to create joy and enrichment in their daily lives.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required.
- Experience in senior living and medication administration a plus!
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols to handle urgent situations confidently
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate attitude towards residents’ physical and emotional needs
- Experience operating EMR systems and basic caregiving equipment such as Hoyer lifts or mobility aids is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
