- This job requires you to be extremely mobile and on your feet most hours of the working day. Teachers are required to work with aides to develop and carry out lesson plans and child supervisory.

- Flexible shifts with starting times between 6 AM - 10 AM and ending between 2 PM - 6 PM.
- Mandatory monthly staff meetings are held Tuesdays from 6-7 PM, where dinner and bonus incentives are offered. You are also compensated for your time at meetings.
- Vacation and sick leave are covered under the PTO program.
- Opportunity for wage increases after one year.
Children of Grace is a faith-based child care facility affiliated with Grace Lutheran Church. We integrate bible teachings with cognitive learning and will give preference to applicants who model the Christian faith.
