Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide personalized consultations to understand their beauty needs and preferences
- Educate clients on available services, products, and current trends to enhance their salon experience
- Promote and upsell salon services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Build lasting relationships with clients through attentive service, follow-up communication, and personalized recommendations
Requirements
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience or interest in sales, retail, or beauty industry preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to salon environments
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction
