Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and serving of patient meals, including food production, plating, and delivery
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen, dining areas, and patient rooms
Prepare and label patient trays according to dietary restrictions and preferences
Assist with menu planning and nutrition education for patients
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure efficient and effective meal delivery
Maintain accurate records and reports of food production, consumption, and waste
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
