We are currently seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team.
As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers calling or submitting online inquiries to Steven Honda. You will assist customers by scheduling sales and service appointments, answering questions, following up on leads, and providing an outstanding customer experience.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Answer inbound phone calls professionally and courteously.

Respond promptly to internet leads, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.

Schedule sales and service appointments while confirming customer information.
