Digital Sales & Online Coordinator

We’re looking for someone competitive, organized, and sales-minded to manage our online presence and help generate showroom traffic.
This is not just a social media job — this position directly impacts sales by turning online traffic into in-store appointments. It’s also designed as a stepping stone into a full sales role for the right person.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to internet leads (KSL, manufacturer leads, website, social media)
- Set appointments for the sales team
- Post 2 organic social media posts per day
- Create 1 video per week (walkarounds, promos, events)
- Maintain 75 active KSL listings
- Ensure all inventory has photos on our website
- Update rebates and sale pricing monthly (with management)
- Help create and promote dealership events
- Update reader board weekly
- Support the sales team by generating consistent traffic
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (text, phone, and in person)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with social media
- Competitive and performance-driven
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales mindset preferred (not required)
Most customers start online. We want someone dedicated to:
- Responding quickly
- Keeping our inventory visible
- Generating appointments
- Helping increase total store volume
This role has a clear path into a commissioned sales position for high performers.
Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
