About the Role:
As a Floor Tech, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the floors, carpets, and surfaces within our community.
You will work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning of all areas, including living spaces, common areas, and administrative offices.
Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of our facilities.
You will also assist with other tasks as needed, such as laundry and supply management.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain floors, carpets, and surfaces throughout the community
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed
Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
Restock supplies and materials as needed
Assist with laundry and other tasks as needed
Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of all areas
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
