Hermosa Jewelry is a growing Charleston-based jewelry brand known for our handcrafted beaded jewelry, permanent jewelry, and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

Position Details
- Part-time (10-20 hours per week)
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Occasional holiday availability required
- Opportunity to work at both our Charleston and Mount Pleasant locations
- Retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
- Assist customers with jewelry selection, styling, and gift purchases
- Educate customers about Hermosa products and services
- Perform permanent jewelry sizing and welding (paid training provided)
- Process sales transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Receive and organize inventory
- Ship online orders
- Assist with private events, pop-ups, and community events
- Support team sales goals and contribute to overall store success
- Gift wrap and prepare customer orders
