At Indy Auto Man, we don’t just sell cars — we build careers.
Consistently recognized as one of Indy’s Top Workplaces, IAM stands apart because our culture is shaped by the people who live it every day. That recognition isn’t a marketing slogan — it’s an employee-voted award that tells candidates exactly what kind of company we are: one where people feel respected, supported, and genuinely valued.
We’re a fast-growing dealership with expanding locations and new opportunities for advancement. Growth here isn’t just about adding stores — it’s about helping our team members grow, too. Whether you’re new to the automotive industry or a seasoned professional, you’ll find a company that invests in you — your skills, your success, and your future.
At IAM, you’re not just filling a position — you’re joining a team that celebrates wins, learns from challenges, and thrives on collaboration. We believe in transparency, development, and giving our people the tools to do their best work — because when our team succeeds, our customers feel it.
If you’re looking for a place where culture, recognition, and opportunity intersect, Indy Auto Man is where your next chapter begins.
