We are seeking a real creative rockstar (attitude required) in a Lead Designer role. A true go-getter that needs no micro-managing. You must be able to handle a ranging scope of responsibility with each project and be comfortable with a high level of ambiguity. Stuff changes. Constantly. And you'll need to be ok with that. Strong attention to detail and professionalism are required but we can't have someone taking themselves too seriously. If you consider yourself inflexible, don't like to have fun, and laughing at work is your enemy then this won't be a great position for you.
The Lead Designer will collaborate with the Creative Director to establish the creative vision for design projects and lead the design team in executing high-specification interior design projects. They will manage direct reports, streamline processes, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
