We're growing our customer acquisition team and looking for a Bilingual AT&T Sales Associate who is passionate about helping customers stay connected. As a Bilingual AT&T Sales Associate, you'll meet with customers face-to-face, learn about their communication needs, and recommend AT&T products and services that fit their lifestyle. Your ability to communicate in both English and Spanish will help create meaningful customer experiences while building lasting relationships within the community.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual AT&T Sales Associate
- Meet with customers in person to understand their wireless, internet, and connectivity needs.
- Assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers by providing personalized recommendations on AT&T products and services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building trust through every interaction.
- Support customer account growth by identifying opportunities for upgrades and additional services.
- Maintain a strong understanding of AT&T promotions, products, and technology.
- Contribute to daily sales goals through professional customer engagement and relationship building.
Qualifications of the Bilingual AT&T Sales Associate
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, must be 18 years of age.
- Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
