Overview

Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Ensure that tables are set up properly and maintained throughout service, including cleaning and resetting tables as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of food items, beverages, and desserts as required.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and other service areas according to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food service and hospitality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus but can be learned on the job.
