Steel fabricator seeks experienced and/or educated Welders to fabricate steel support structures and/or material handling equipment.
We’re looking for hardworking professionals who enjoy meeting challenges and surpassing employer’s expectations. The ideal candidates will have a background in MIG welding. All work is done in-house. We’re looking for long-term candidates, who are looking for secure and rewarding employment.

Welding experience and/or education
-
Read and understand detailed prints & work orders
- Accurately read tape measure
- Mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of shop tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Regular and on-time attendance
- Basic understanding of manufacturing safety regulations
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability and desire to work as part of a team
- Good communication and interaction skills
- Willingness to follow correct safety procedures at all times
- Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Experience with using overhead cranes and other lifting devices.
- Strong and conscientious work ethic
- Efficient work skills
- Production of quality end products in a timely fashion

2-years welding experience and/or education
- A desire to grow and contribute to the overall activity of the business.

Monday–Friday: 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., or
-
Monday–Thursday: 5:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and Friday: 6:00 a.m.–12:00 Noon
