About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Candle Production & Packaging Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality candles, including wax preparation, candle pouring, finishing, labeling, packaging, and final quality inspection.
The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, takes pride in craftsmanship, and understands that small details — a perfectly placed label, clean packaging, and a flawless finish — make a big difference in creating a premium product.
Responsibilities
- Pour candles according to production standards and specifications
- Prepare jars, vessels, wicks, wax, fragrance, and production materials
- Inspect finished candles for quality, appearance, cleanliness, and consistency
- Trim wicks, clean vessels, apply dust covers/lids, and complete finishing steps
- Apply labels accurately and consistently with proper alignment and placement
- Assemble packaging, boxes, inserts, and components according to customer requirements
- Carefully inspect packaging for defects, scratches, incorrect labels, or imperfections
- Follow production instructions, batch details, and quality control procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and organizing production materials
- Follow all safety procedures and company manufacturing guidelines
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong visual inspection skills required
- Ability to notice small imperfections, alignment issues, color differences, and packaging defects
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform precise repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 40lbs as needed
- Previous production, assembly, cosmetics, packaging, or manufacturing experience preferred

Pay: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour
