Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of residential homes
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces
- Manage outdoor work including patio cleaning or yard tidying when required
- Use proper manual handling techniques to lift and move furniture or heavy items safely
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met by thoroughly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
- Provide excellent customer service by respecting client preferences and addressing any special requests promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with laundry processes and outdoor work is preferred
- Familiarity with custodial practices or commercial cleaning environments is advantageous
