Greene Property Management is a locally owned and operated residential property management company. We are looking for an energetic, motivated, team-oriented individual to join us as a Property Maintenance Cleaner. In this role, you will clean vacant units, maintain common areas of our multifamily housing properties, and commercial buildings. This position requires the ability to professionally clean a variety of homes from new to older units and building types, each with unique needs. We want our properties to shine! Our ideal candidate would bring previous professional experience, along with reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule to respond to job sites as they arise. This position requires the ability to work autonomously, be highly organized, have pride in workmanship and represent our company with integrity and professionalism.:
- Drive to job sites as assigned weekly.
- Perform cleaning on older to newer units, with an eye for unique focus needs. Maintain commercial and multi-family common spaces on a bi-weekly basis.
- Communicate schedule with team with frequent updates on progress.
- Submit precise work hours per job.
- Experience in professional cleaning
- Ability to use a step ladder and move light objects as needed.
- Ability to manage the work order process by computer or phone app.
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with team members and residents.
- Reliable transportation
- Driver's License, clean driving record, and auto insurance
- Knowledge of supplies and products for differing cleaning needs.
$25/hour with milage reimbursement and all supplies provided.
Part-time 20-30 hours per week, flexible scheduling
On-site at properties throughout the portfolio
