Call Center Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced Call Center Operations Manager to lead our Appointment Setter and Outbound Cold Call departments. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching people, improving KPIs, and building and maintaining high-performing teams, we'd like to speak with you.
Compensation
· $90,000–$120,000 per year
· Weekly Performance Bonuses
· First-Year Earning Potential: $120,000+
· Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM–8:00 PM | No Weekends

Responsibilities
· Lead Appointment Setter and Outbound Cold Call teams
· Build and maintain a positive, high-performance culture
· Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
· Conduct daily meetings and coaching sessions
· Monitor call recordings and provide performance feedback
· Hold employees accountable to KPIs
· Improve answer rates, appointment conversion, contact rates, live transfer rates, and appointment quality
· Analyze KPI dashboards and reports
· Create coaching and performance improvement plans
Preferred Experience
· 2+ years of Call Center Management experience
· Experience managing Appointment Setter and/or Outbound Cold Call teams
· Experience with live transfer campaigns
· Strong coaching, recruiting, and leadership skills
· Comfortable in a KPI-driven environment
