Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Daycare Assistant to join our team and contribute to the nurturing and development of children in our daycare facility. If you have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, engaging environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities
- Help with meal times, diaper changes, and maintaining cleanliness
- Engage children in educational and play activities
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of all children in your care
Qualifications
- Experience in childcare, babysitting, or related field
- Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and early childhood education
- Ability to manage a classroom setting effectively
- Strong communication skills with children and parents
- Certification in special education or relevant training is a plus
-Must be able to perform physical activities, such as but not limited to, lifting children bending, standing, climbing or walking
