Axiom Staffing Group is seeking a reliable and adaptable Onsite Recruiter to support our hiring and onboarding efforts directly at a large distribution warehouse in the Daniel Island area of Charleston! This position requires someone who is comfortable working in a warehouse environment, can manage frequent schedule changes, and is willing to commute as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in both a hands-on, fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various warehouse and operational roles

Conduct onsite orientations and onboarding sessions

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines

Maintain flexibility to adjust to shifting schedules and staffing demands

Build strong relationships with new hires and support their integration into the team

Ensure all hiring and onboarding processes comply with company and safety policies
Requirements:

Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources (warehouse or industrial setting preferred)

Comfortable working onsite in a warehouse environment

Flexible and able to adapt to last-minute changes

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
