Role Description The Product & Operations Technician is a contract, on-site role based in Sandy Springs, GA. In this position, you will support day-to-day product operations by monitoring equipment performance, performing routine checks, and assisting with the installation and maintenance of systems used to capture retail data. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, coordinate with internal teams to report operational status, and ensure devices and tools remain reliable for real-time insights. The role includes documenting procedures, following safety guidelines, and collaborating with operations staff to maintain smooth, efficient workflows. You will also help implement process improvements and support field activities as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality data collection for Stoc’s retail technology solutions.

- Relevant experience in technical operations, field service, or equipment support in a retail or technology environment is beneficial.
- Ability to follow safety protocols, work on-site in Sandy Springs, GA, and manage tasks with minimal supervision is required.
- Familiarity with basic diagnostic tools, inventory or asset management systems, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets) is advantageous.
- A technical diploma, certification, or equivalent practical experience in electronics, mechanical systems, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
