This role will serve as the first point of contact for Perform Properties’ Santa Monica Office, creating a warm, polished, and professional experience for employees, guests, and vendors. This role manages the front desk, partnering closely with the Administrative and People & Culture teams to keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment.
This role is onsite 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, and the hours are generally 8:00am to 5:00pm PT.
Greet and check in all visitors, guests, and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression and managing the visitor check-in system
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries; coordinate outgoing shipments and courier services
Maintain the reception area, conference rooms, kitchen, and common spaces so they are clean, stocked, and presentation-ready in partnership with the Office Services Assistant
0 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, office coordinator, or administrative support role

Base Hourly Range: $30.00 - $32.00/Hour
