Responsibilities
- The Business Development Director will identify potential accounts, create an account entry strategy, conduct prospecting campaigns, build relationships, understand customer business strategies, and collaborate with subject matter experts to implement solutions to meet customer objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 1000 companies
- Proven track record in new business development within professional services
- Experience in high-value sales ($250k+ per sale)
- Familiarity with various sales cycles (3, 6, 12 months)
- History of career stability, with a maximum of three positions in the last decade
- Compensation heavily based on commissions and performance bonuses
- Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through lead generation
Compensation Potential
Uncapped compensation structure, including a $140K base salary, commissions, and bonuses tied to annual revenue and profitability.
