You’ll be in the thick of things, working directly with team members, customers and all things customer-facing to identify bottlenecks, improving communication and workflows. Following our in-house processes, follow-up with team members’ progress, updating procedures, releasing exciting new products and coordinating messaging across marketing, service and customers for a seamless feel across the spectrum of customer interactions.
This position is for you if you are a self-starter that can not only find but execute opportunities for improvement and growth with the NVU family. This position can be 100% your own, developing relationships, creating new communications, standards, quality/care process and improvement initiatives. If you like being engaged, always working on something new and coming up with new ideas, you may be the ideal candidate. This is a new role for our company and we will all be learning and developing this position as it grows, together.

If you struggle with self-imposed deadlines and execution of projects, this is probably not a good fit. This position requires continuous communication with your team members, following up on customers and assignments. If you are looking for a job where you can just work on your own, this is not it.
In the first 30 days, you’ll be into everything, learning all of the tasks and assignments your team members are responsible for every day. Being directly involved will help you develop accountability and improvement systems for your team as it grows. By day 60 you’ll be implementing updates and improvements to your team’s systems, scheduling social media and communication newsletters. Coordinating messaging with the executive team for a seamless, consistent message across all aspects of customer contacts. Working with production and engineering; track, tabulate and present warranty claims to the other area leaders. Working with those leaders, identifying items to track and opportunities for improvement using our internal processes. Developing new hire onboarding process for efficient training and scaling of the department.
Within 90 days, you’ll feel you own the department, now developing schedules and assets for shows, tech articles and content as well as product releases and assets.
