What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring communications, and coordinating security-related responses when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying information to on-site personnel, supervisors, and/or emergency services as needed.

Monitor cameras, alarm activity, radio traffic, and dispatch systems to help support timely awareness of conditions across the location.

Document incidents, activity logs, visitor information, and shift communications with accuracy, and pass along updates to incoming personnel and management.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with duties that may include observing production, warehouse, shipping, and other industrial areas for unusual activity.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
