Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all hotel areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas as needed
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met consistently
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery effectively
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep all flooring spotless and well-maintained
- Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with guests and staff to understand specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and the use of cleaning detergents and equipment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff
- Experience in floor cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor care maintenance
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking
