Position description
As Cowpokes expands in the e-commerce sector, one of the fastest growing teams is our Customer Service team. This position will add a customer-centric focus with additional responsibilities in fulfillment and customer communication. The ideal candidate will be able to achieve the following deliverables on a regular and consistent basis:
- Fulfill online orders in a timely manner in the evenings and on weekends (Friday - Monday)
- Provide insights into overall order fulfillment needs, tracking, and shipping
- Work hand-in-hand with the Ecommerce Manager and Ecommerce Team to ensure efficient operations in the department
- Gain and expand knowledge of new arrivals, inventory changes, and stock updates
- Ensure efficient and consistent communication between the in-store customer service team, management, and the Ecommerce team
- Maintain records on customer orders and conversations effectively
Preferred Experience & Skills
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following experience and skills:
- A hard work ethic that is diligent in their tasks and takes initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience utilizing Shopify, Gmail / Outlook, Microsoft Office 365, UPS/USPS, etc.
- Ability to navigate technology such as desktop computers and iPads
- Detail-oriented with a focus on effective communication and consistent record-keeping
Required Availability
The chosen candidate will be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) as well as occasional evenings (after 4 PM) if needed. This position is considered regular part-time.
Hours will likely be as follows:
- Fridays & Mondays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Sundays: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
