Job Overview
New England Woodcraft is looking for an Assembly Operator who will be responsible for assembling furniture panels.
Job Responsibilities
The Assembly Operator will be responsible for assembling furniture component parts into a complete unit. This position will require reading and follow detailed work instruction while ensuring that the assembly meets finish product quality standards.
Skills Required
· Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions
· Ability to operate handheld electric drivers and screw machines
· Maintain finish product quality and meet print specifications
· Attention to detail
· Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
· Eagar to learn. Must be a self-starter and be able to work at a fast pace, efficiently
· Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds repeatedly through the day
· This position requires a person that can work independently and well with others.
· Communication, cooperation, versatility, and a positive attitude are essential.
