Centurion is seeking a Delivery Lead to join their team.
The Delivery Lead wilk serve as the overall engagement lead responsible for planning, execution, integration, and delivery of all task order activities. Provides day-to-day management of personnel, priorities, schedules, risks, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring solutions support federal mission objectives and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of all project activities and serve as the primary contractor interface with program leadership
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable workplans, milestones, and delivery roadmaps
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams spanning data, analytics, governance, ontology, and application development
- Facilitate executive working groups, governance forums, and decision-making sessions
- Track performance, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions across all workstreams
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and contractual compliance of all deliverables
- Deliver executive briefings and implementation recommendations that support mission execution and readiness
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years leading enterprise transformation, operations improvement, analytics, or technology programs
- Active DOD SECRET CLEARANCE
- Experience supporting Navy, DoD, or Federal organizations
- Strong executive facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience
- Demonstrated success managing integrated technical and business teams
