Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in School Psychology
- Current state certification or licensure for School Psychologists
- Experience supporting children or adolescents in school settings is highly valued
- Ability to meet district credentialing requirements (including House Bill 486: district background check, fingerprinting, and employment history review)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect psychological support services to students (caseload and grade-level assignments will be confirmed prior to start)
- Administer assessments and interpret data to guide interventions and educational planning
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings; create documentation and reports as required
- Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and support within the school community
