At Cherrie Anderson, we believe dance is about so much more than great classes—it's about creating a community where every child is known, encouraged, and loved. As our Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you'll often be the first person our families meet, making this one of the most important roles on our team.

What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who is:
- Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoys people
- Great with children and families
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Comfortable using computers, phones, apps, and technology
- A strong communicator both in person and through email/text
- Positive, professional, and eager to learn
Experience in customer service, education, dance, recreation, or administration is a plus. Marketing and social media experience is helpful but not required.
Schedule
Part-Time
Preferred Hours:
- Monday–Thursday | 4:15–7:15 PM
- Saturday | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Most shifts will be at our Bellevue location:
3503 Samson Way, Bellevue, NE
What You'll Do
Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities may include:
- Welcome families and create a positive first impression
- Build relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Answer phones, emails, and text messages professionally
- Give tours to prospective families
- Help families register for classes and answer questions about our programs
- Navigate our studio software with confidence (we'll train you!)
- Process registrations, payments, and invoices
- Prepare letters, forms, and other documents
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain accurate student records
- Support the owners and leadership team with administrative tasks
- Pitch in wherever needed to help our studio run smoothly
