We're partnering with an established and growing construction company seeking a motivated Preconstruction Services Coordinator to help bring projects to life before the first shovel hits the ground. What You'll Do
Preconstruction & Planning
- Conduct pre-bid site visits
- Assist with project scope development
- Compare vendor and supplier pricing
- Coordinate subcontractor site walks
- Prepare cost estimates and budget information
- Develop proposals and bid packages
- Prepare submittals and sample packages
- Review and mark up construction drawings
- Assist with project planning and scheduling
- Maintain and organize project documentation
- Provide support to operations and field teams
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with subcontract processing
- Support RFI tracking and material orders
- Help manage project changes and documentation
- Coordinate permit submissions
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Understanding of construction processes and methods
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Experience with construction takeoffs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat PDF is a plus (training available)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
