Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic <PERSON> Housekeeping Assistant to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to maintain hygiene standards across residential or commercial spaces.
- Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
- Operate cleaning machinery such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, carpet extractors, and other janitorial equipment safely and effectively.
- Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work with proper techniques to prevent injury while maintaining outdoor spaces or building exteriors.
- Communicate professionally with clients or residents regarding their cleaning needs and preferences to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies used, and safety procedures followed to support effective housekeeping management.
Experience
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning roles, including janitorial or custodial work.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures for various surfaces and materials such as wood floors, tiles, carpets, and upholstery.
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and sanitation products along with proper handling techniques.
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning services is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple locations or client requests.
- Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces or outdoor amenities.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients or residents about their expectations.
