What You'll Do
- Manage all day-to-day field operations on assigned construction projects.
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and according to plans.
- Coordinate daily and weekly jobsite activities to maintain project schedules.
- Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
- Perform quality control inspections throughout the project.
- Coordinate inspections with local building departments and inspectors.
- Verify deliveries and ensure materials are available when needed.
- Maintain daily reports, progress photos, and project documentation.
- Identify field issues and work with the Project Manager to resolve them quickly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Travel to project sites throughout our service area as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
- Restaurant remodel and ground-up construction experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial building practices and sequencing.
- Ability to read blueprints and coordinate multiple trades.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
